Alamgir Khan is a social worker, founder & campaigner of #Fixit, which has become the fastest growing NGO of its kind. In January 2016, Alamgir Khan started a campaign with the name #Fixit in Karachi, against Sindh Government and painted the picture of Qaim Ali Shah on the open main holes and drains in the city. He first demanded to fix all the open drains during his campaign however ended up fixing some open drains by himself.
